1. Intermediary Role
Maison Annelie operates as an intermediary marketplace. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of pre-owned luxury goods. We are not the owner of the items listed on our platform unless explicitly stated. By using our services, you acknowledge our role as a trusted intermediary.
2. Buyer Terms
When purchasing through Maison Annelie, your payment is processed and held by our platform. Payment is released to the seller only after delivery confirmation and the completion of our hold period. You have the right to inspect items and request returns within our 14-day return window.
3. Seller Terms
Sellers consigning items through Maison Annelie agree to provide accurate descriptions and genuine items. Payouts are processed after the hold period following confirmed delivery. Commission rates and fees are disclosed during the listing process.
4. Authentication
While we make every effort to verify the authenticity of items, authentication is based on visual inspection and available documentation. Maison Annelie is not a certified authentication service. If an item is found to be inauthentic, we facilitate full refunds.
5. Disputes
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Maison Annelie will act as mediator. Our decision in dispute resolution is final. We reserve the right to issue refunds, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action.
6. Liability
Maison Annelie's liability is limited to the transaction amount. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
